RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In the rare case that you may need to return a product, here’s our return policy.
- Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Every product page has clear mentions of the specifications and exchanges will not be applicable if customer has not read the specifications properly.
- Items on sale/discount will NOT be applicable for return/refund.
- In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving it.

- All returns are subject to the discretion of KP Tech Online but we won’t disappoint you.
- All refunds are made via NEFT only.
- After inspection of the returned item and once approved, all refunds will be made within 7 business days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: KPTECH Mobile Accessories. Shop no-6, Ground Floor, Jalmin Cinema Complex, Botad-364710.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
To cancel any order, please drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders that have been dispatched and shipped cannot be cancelled.
