We have 3 modes of shipping available. Standard shipping by air, Standard Shipping by surface. Priority Shipping for Super Fast Shipping (Valid on Prepaid Orders only)

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Shipping Time estimates between 2-7 days depending on location of customer.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive an email and an SMS with tracking ID of the shipping partner to easily track your order.

If any difficulties in tracking, you can send us an email to contact@kptechonline.com with your order ID and we will get back to you with your tracking link.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

You do not need an account to place an order. Although if you do create an account it will help you for faster checkouts in the future as your details will be saved. And you will also be updated on offers and discounts as and when we have them.

How Do I Place an Order?

  1. Select the product you wish to purchase
  2. Click on the Add to Cart button
  3. On the top right you will see a cart icon. Click on take and select view cart.
  4. Once you see the items in your cart, click on checkout.
  5. Fill in the details required such as name and address.
  6. Select Shipping and Payment method.
  7. Done. Your order is now confirmed and you will receive your item shortly.
